Last month, Julia Evinger of CENTURY 21 Scheetz was awarded MIBOR’s 2013 REALTOR of the Year at the Association’s Annual Ball. This honor is reserved for one MIBOR member each year who exemplifies professionalism and outstanding accomplishments in the real estate community, as well as a commitment to MIBOR activities and its advancement in the industry.
In addition to MIBOR’s 2013 REALTOR of the Year, Julia received the 2013 Member of the Year from the Women’s Council of REALTORS’ and the 2013 Realtor of the Year from the Boone County Division of MIBOR.
Julia is an active member in several organizations including the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Leadership Forum, Women’s Council of REALTORS, MIBOR Board of Directors, Hamilton County Division of MIBOR, Boone County Division of MIBOR, and serves as an RPAC Trustee on both the local and state level boards.
Julia has been a Broker Associate with CENTURY 21 Scheetz since 2009. During which time, she has consistently received the Annual CENTURY 21 Master Sales Award and Quality Customer Service Award.

She truly understands what it means to be a real estate professional and is an example from which we can all learn something.”
Julia works with clients in the luxury market, new home construction, relocation (Cartus and SIRVA certified), first time buyers/sellers, transitional buyers/sellers, and members of USAA.

I take pride in providing my clients excellent service with prompt response time, sharing market knowledge and expertise which results in successful closings.”
