Some of the finest homemade soups offered by local eateries were available to taste during the First Friday Soup Cook-off on Nov. 1. Participating restaurants included Asian Grill, Barley Island, Copper Still, Courtney’s Kitchen, Ginger’s Café, The Hamilton, Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, Michaelangleo’s and Syd’s Bar and Grill.
