Enjoy a free concert by the talented Indianapolis Brass Choir at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Carmel. Beginning at 4 p.m. Oct. 27, the 30-member performing choir will share a wide range of music from Renaissance to Broadway and jazz to folk songs during the one-hour concert. The only regularly performing ensemble of its size in central Indiana, the IBC is celebrating its 28th year of playing concerts & raising money for charity.

During the concert at St. Mark’s, a free-will offering to benefit Africa University will be collected during the program. Africa University, located just outside Zimbabwe, is a private, international higher education institution founded in March 1992 by the United Methodist Church worldwide. Funds collected will go to fund several endowed student scholarships as well as establish an endowed faculty position in Agriculture & Natural Resources.
