The Haven community to feature ranch home designs
INDIANAPOLIS, September 25, 2013 – Pulte Homes has recently finalized the purchase of land for the development of 80 homesites in the town of Fishers. The homebuilder is expected to grand open The Haven in early 2014.
Pulte Homes will offer new ranch home designs on rolling terrain with walkout and cul-de-sac home sites, along with more than 50 acres of open space and walking trails.
The Haven community is unique in meeting an underserved consumer group, according to Tony Barbee, division president for the Indianapolis operations of Pulte Homes. “The Fishers submarket has experienced a lack of housing targeted to the empty nester demographic.
“There is lack of supply in newly constructed homes for empty nesters and The Haven will tap into the ‘hot buttons’ of the many affluent empty nesters looking for an exceptional location in a prestigious area.”
Mr. Barbee said that Pulte Homes will introduce brand new one-story floor plans – never before seen in the Greater Indianapolis area – ranging from 2,000 to 2,800 square feet. The six distinctive floor plans are smartly designed, with open/flowing floor plans that put functionality over wasted space, along with exciting new structural options never before offered within the marketplace.
