Update and correction:  The call for the suspicious package or bag was made at 4:15 p.m., not after 5 p.m. A motorist travelling eastbound on Southeastern Parkway saw two males crossing the overpass going west. The motorist saw the individuals take something out of a camouflage bag and put it underneath the overpass.

The males were found in Hamilton Town Center at about 5:30 p.m. by an FPD officer. One was Tyler Lackey, 19, of Pendleton. The other was a minor, likely from Pendleton.

Also, the road was opened at 5:50 p.m.

Traffic was stopped on I-69 early yesterday evening thanks a to a suspicious bag on the Exit 210 overpass.

There were no hazardous materials found in the bag.

It was reported that the males were too tired from carrying the bag and decided to set it down.
