Get out of the way

0

Dear Editor,

It was with a great deal of interest that I read the letter to you in last week’s edition by Becky Feigh. During this past month (spring weather), there have been two times that I have seen bikers and walkers totally ignore the stop sign that is on the Monon. Both times, they moved into the line of traffic with little fear and literally stopped traffic. On the one occasion, the walkers were cavorting on the roadway and had the gall to yell at the driver and blame the driver for being there. The driver had slowed and had blown the horn, but they ignored this. Traffic was coming from both directions on both occasions. Just a little scary!

Is this what the younger generation is coming to: get out of my way, I’m coming through!
