The Carmel Arts Council will host its 20th Anniversary Luncheon on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with lunch being served at noon at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. Champagne punch will be available on arrival. Last-minute reservations can be made until noon on Monday by calling Donna Tutwiler at 258-1352. The cost is $35 per person or $265 for a table of eight. More than 100 themed baskets will be sold through the silent auction and experts will be on hand to give beauty and clothing tips.
