**UPDATE**
A Travel Watch has been issued for Hamilton County until 12 a.m. Saturday. During a Travel Watch only essential travel such as to and from work or in an emergency is recommended. Emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations. The White River, Cicero Creek and many other local waterways in Hamilton County continue to rise and are not expected to crest until late Friday night or early Saturday morning.

As of 11 a.m., the following roads in Noblesville are closed due to high water:
• Ind. 38 – Oakmont Drive and River Road
• Ind. 32 – Between River Road and Cherry Tree Road
• Ind. 19 – Between Logan Street and Field Drive
• Hague Road – Between Ind. 32 and Lakeview Drive
• Mill Creek – Between Ind. 32 and 38
• Edith Ave – Closed in the area of Potter’s Bridge
• Riverwood Ave. – Closed at 211th and Riverwood is flooded
• Allisonville – in the area of the viaduct between Carbon Street and Westminster Drive North
• River Road between 160th Street and Westbrook Blvd.
• Due to the increasing rise in flood waters from the Cicero Creek and ongoing road closures in Noblesville, access to Riverview Hospital is becoming limited. NFD is asking citizens who need to make their way to Riverview Hospital to use Cumberland Road. They are asking that people travel Cumberland Road to Ind. 32 (Conner Street) and then travel through downtown Noblesville.

• Cumberland Rd from Deering – 106th
• 106th east of Cumberland and Treemont Closed
• 136th Brooks School – Marilyn Rd
• 136th east of 238 and Pennington
• 136 between Brookschool and Maryland is one lane
• 136th Street from Spring Mill Road to Versailles Drive
• Road by Sallie Mae off 106th roundabout
• Tamerlane Rd at Deering St. closed
• Georgia north bound closed
• Brooks School Park is closed
• Cumberland Park is closed
• Hamilton Proper is closed
