3/11/13 Ms. Spear reported theft at 4601 Summersong Rd. Unknown person removed a wooden bench from her front porch sometime after 10pm on 3-10-13. The bench is valued at $400.00.
3/11/13 ZPD were dispatched at 11:11am to Key Bank at 11622 N. Michigan Rd. in regards to a bank robbery. Two unknown African American males entered the Key Bank and displayed handguns while demanding money from the staff. ZPD Detectives arrived on the scene to assist with the investigation.
3/11/13 ZPD took a report of a theft from Fleet Services at 5002 W. 106th St.
3/12/13 ZPD were dispatched on the report of criminal mischief at 1369 Saylor Ct.
3/12/13 Fleet Services reported an additional theft at 5002 W. 106th St. Unknown subject(s) removed 4 batteries from a semi tractor that was parked on their lot. Estimated loss value is $1500.00.
3/12/13 ZPD took a report of theft of medication from Rita Boyles at 4311 Tally Ho Circle.
3/12/13 ZPD took a report of harassment from a student at ZCHS.
3/13/13 Ms. Vicki Hartman, 53, of Zionsville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Hamilton County.
3/13/13 ZPD was dispatched on a theft call at 12036 N. Michigan Rd.
3/14/13 ZPD was notified of a fight had occurred at Zionsville Community High School.
Possibility of Battery charges against the juveniles involved. This case is still under investigation.
3/14/13 ZPD took a report of a battery at 1075 Parkway Dr. which occurred on two previous dates.
3/14/13 Jeison Sarmiento Interiano, 18, of Indianapolis, was stopped for speeding and other traffic violations. He was determined to have never been licensed and was arrested and taken to Boone County Jail.
3/15/13 ZPD was dispatched to Park Place and Governors Lane on a hit and run accident. During the investigation, a vehicle matching the suspect description was located and the occupant was found to be in possession of marijuana. The occupant was released at the scene and this case is being forwarded to the BCPO.
3/15/13 Edward Sinitsky, 18, of Indianapolis, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
3/16/13 ZPD served a search warrant at 11935 Riley Dr. Apt. 4 on a follow-up investigation for Possession of Controlled Substance.
3/16/13 ZPD arrested Kristine Simmons, 21, of Zionsville, for Possession of Marijuana
3/17/13 ZPD arrested James Ellis, 64, of Zionsville, for operating while intoxicated.
3/17/13 ZPD initiated a welfare check on a vehicle on U.S. 421 at Interactive Academy. After investigation, Bonifacio Martinez, 47, of Indianapolis, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
3/17/13 ZPD received a report of hit and run at 1221 W. Oak St.
3/18/13 ZPD arrested Jennifer Gillespie, 40, of Zionsville, for operating while intoxicated
endangering a person and public intoxication.
