Almost 200 designs for the 25th Annual Fishers Freedom Festival’s t-shirt were installed at Fishers Town Hall. They’re all designed by elementary, intermediate and middle school students from around Fishers.
The Fishers Freedom Festival Art Grand Opening was Saturday, but an opportunity to participate is still available.
Until 5 p.m. on Mar. 25, Facebook users can vote on which of the top 90 designs will appear on the front of this year’s festival t-shirt at the Fishers Arts Council’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/fishersart. All users have to do is cast their vote with a “like.”
According to a news release, one school can win a $500 prize for its art department by having “the highest percentage of entry participation.” The Fishers Freedom Festival and Fishers Arts Council make the prize possible.
The exhibit will be on display at town hall until Mar. 31.
