Ingredients and directions: 1 lemon rind in a martini glass. Mix the rest of the ingredients – 7-8 basil leaves, 2 ounces Skinos Mastiha, 2 ounces Berry Brothers dry gin, 4 dashes Fee Brothers mint bitters, 4 dashes Fee Brothers lemon bitters, 4 dashes Fee Brothers foam bitters – together in an iced shaker glass. Pour it into the glass. Add a basil leaf for garnish.
