Leila M. Larson, 93, of Carmel, died Feb., 18. She was born in Spooner, Wisc., on March 9, 1919 to Nicholas and Lenora Belford Baltes.
In addition to her parents, Leila was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph N. Larson, and three sisters. Survivors include her son, Pastor Kurt Larson (wife, Sue); five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service was held last Saturday at First Baptist Church of Carmel, 1010 E. 126th St., Carmel. Interment will take place in Spooner, Wisc., at a later date.
