State Sen. Luke Kenley (R-Noblesville) welcomed three Noblesville students to the Statehouse as Senate pages in January. Students that participated were Noblesville East Middle School’s Garrett Wiles and Ava Peterson, and Emily Peterson of Noblesville High School.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the chamber floor and interacting with their state senators.

“It is encouraging to see young people involved in the legislative process at the Statehouse,” Kenley said. “This program allows students to gain a better understanding of how Hoosiers are represented in Indianapolis.”
