Watercolor creation

Talented artist Jan Roland will teach a class in watercolor painting and techniques at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 18 at the Westfield Washington Public Library. No previous art experience is necessary, and the class fee of $12 includes all materials. Call 896-9391 to register for the class.
