Each year the Carmel Chamber of Commerce honors four companies for business excellence and a leading volunteer for his or her contribution to the community at the annual Images of Excellence Awards Luncheon in December. The Chamber is now seeking nominations for the awards, which will be accepted through Oct. 26 in five categories:
- Applause – Business of the Year for outstanding business success
- Look – New Construction for contribution to the overall look of the community
- Look – Renovation for contribution to the overall look of the community
- Carmel Green for solving environmental challenges and enhancing the environment
- MV2 (Most Valuable Volunteer) for a Carmel Chamber member working full time while volunteering in the community.
