Incoming weather has caused the first Classic Movies at Forest Park cancelation of 2012. Jim Wafford said that because of the severe weather alert, tonight’s showing of “King Kong” will be canceled and re-scheduled at a future date.
“We do have some ‘pleasant’ news,” added Wafford. “We have added one more movie night at Forest Park – our last outdoor movie of the season – on Saturday, Oct. 6. The 2012 blockbuster ‘Battleship’ will be our featured movie. “
