Forty teams of two competed in 15 mental, physical, passive and miscellaneous challenges during the inaugural Race Across Hamilton County contest on Aug. 25. Along the way, contestants visited Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve in Fishers, Quaker Park in Westfield, Red Bridge Park in Cicero, and Strawtown Koteewi and Forest Park in Noblesville. Each team was required to complete three of the four tasks at each park.
