In reply to Marnin Spigelman and his continued railings against Carmel, our Mayor and city government:
It’s time to move on. If you’re going to leave Carmel, try and exit with some degree of grace. You lost in your bid to be Mayor. You wrote all that you perceived to be wrong with our city and the voters did not agree with you. Move on. You apparently feel as though your lot in life is to warn the residents of Carmel(and now perhaps CNN/Money too?) what evil things you think are going on within the city government. As they would say on Saturday Night Live: Really?
Most potential home buyers will do their due diligence on a city before they decide to purchase. That includes weighing taxes, school systems, public services, parks, etc. We made our decision 15 years ago and couldn’t be happier to have chosen Carmel to live and raise our family. Goodbye and good luck, Mr. Spigelman. I hope you find peace in a community outside of mine.
