- Alzheimer’s Support Group – Thursday, August 16 at 2 p.m. Meetings are held in theWitham Health ServicesVIP Dining Room.
- Breastfeeding Support Group – No August Class.
- Cancer Survivors Support Group – No August Class.
- Diabetic Self-Management Support Group – Wednesday, August 8 at
7 p.m. Meetings are held in theWitham Health Services VIP Dining Room. - Grief Support Gathering – Tuesday, August 14 at 6 p.m. Meetings are held in theWitham Health ServicesVIP Dining Room.
- Grief Support Gathering – Tuesday, August 28 at 6 p.m. Meetings are held in theWitham Health ServicesVIP Dining Room.
Witham Health Services will also host the following August Community Education Classes:
- Breastfeeding Education Class: No August class
- Childbirth Education/Newborn Care Class: Three-week series begins on Thursday, August 2 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. This class is held in the
Witham Health Services South Pavilion Learning Center. - Congestive Heart Failure Management Classes: No August class.
- Diabetic Self-Management Class: Four week series begins on Tuesday,
August 7 from 9 to 11:00 a.m. This class is held in theWitham Health Services South Pavilion Learning Center. A physician referral is required for this class. Please call for class fee information. - Diabetes Self-Management Update Class: This class meets for two one-hour sessions on Wednesday, August 8 and Wednesday, August 22 from 1 to 2 p.m. This class is held in theWitham Health ServicesSouth Pavilion Learning Center. A physician referral is required for this class.
- Infant CPR Class: Held on Thursday, August 16 from 6 to 7 p.m. This class is held in theWitham Health ServicesSouth Pavilion Learning Center.
We encourage people living with these problems and their families to attend the monthly meetings. These meetings allow support group members the opportunity to discuss with others the coping mechanisms and frustrations of living with these problems.
