A new ramp leading to southbound Keystone Parkway from U.S. 31 at the 146th Street bridge opened Tuesday. The ramp opening is the first major roadway reopening of the U.S. 31 Hamilton County “Major Moves” project. Northbound lanes of Keystone Parkway will now close for approximately 80 days while work continues on the bridge over the Hagan-Burke Trail.
