There will be lane restrictions along West 116th Street between Ditch Road and Hoover Road for approximately three weeks (ending sometime the week of July 9th). These restrictions will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The lane restrictions are necessary to allow space for construction equipment that will be installing a water main along the side of the road. Due to the geography of the area, construction equipment must be placed in the road during working hours.
West 116th Street will be fully open during evening and weekend hours. Please use caution when driving through this area. Timing of restrictions and the length of the project will be weather dependent. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic.
