The Carmel Rotary, in partnership with Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, invite all adults 21 years and older to join them for an evening of excitement and fun, this Saturday, April 14. The event will be held at West Park, one block west of Township Line Road at 116th Street. Free valet parking provided. Overflow parking available at University High School (parking lot directly south of West Park). Early check-in begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Party Tent with food and beverage service beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The evening includes music by Island Breeze, a silent auction, food and beverage tastings from local restaurants and distributors, and an egg hunt for a cost of $30 per person. The egg hunt will commence with a shotgun start at 8:15 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m. Eggs can be redeemed in the Party Tent for prizes from 9:15 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The event concludes promptly at 10:00 p.m. Proceeds will go to fund Carmel Rotary international projects. Event fee is per person (attendees must be 21 years of age or older). Included in the Event Fee of $30 is a complimentary gift bag including special discounts offered by Gold Sponsors, complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by our Restaurant Sponsors, silent auction including music, and the Easter Egg Hunt with Prizes.
