Poblano’s Mexican Restaurant, 17417 Carey Rd., has opened serving authentic Mexican in a lively atmosphere. Owners, Oswaldo Espinosa and Tony Kouskousakis, will offer a full menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. The restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Poblano’s bar is open daily until 3 a.m.
