Boy Scout troop 107 and Den Leader Rich McPhail attended last week’s City Council meeting as part of the required activities to earn a citizenship badge. McPhail said the fourth grade scouts also wrote a paper about a president to earn the patch. McPhail said their next goal is to earn the geology patch.
