Current in Noblesville
As part of the ongoing construction of a pedestrian bridge over Morse Reservoir, Carrigan Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2010, weather permitting. This closure will allow for the installation of the main bridge span over the Morse channel. Final completion of trails and restoration for the project is scheduled for early spring 2011. This project is being funded as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
