2 oz. Wild Turkey Rye 101

.5 oz. demerara simple syrup

.5 oz. orange juice

.5 oz. lemon juice

.25 oz. Luxardo Cherry Syrup

Orange swath

1 egg white

Directions:

Dry shake the egg white until frothy. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake again. Add ice, stir and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange swath and Luxardo drops.
