Ingredients:
1.75 oz. vodka
1 oz. pear puree
.75 oz. Matcha syrup
.75 oz. lemon juice
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Pear slices
Directions:
Shake first five ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with pear slices.
