“We provide what we call hyper-focused soccer training,” owner Chris McGrath said. “Soccer is all we do. We provide soccer athlete development, speed, agility and strength classes specifically for soccer players. We provide player-specific training for field players and for goal keepers.”

The 8,000-square-foot facility has the only TOCA studio in central Indiana. The studio has  soccer ball machines similar to baseball pitching machines.

“What they do is shoot balls at a variety of heights and a variety of angles and help the player and the coach find those areas (players) need to improve on,” McGrath said. “The first touch is very, very important. The first touch is very critical in a soccer player’s technical development.”

The machine can provide up to 500 touches per hour depending on the player’s talent and other factors. Up to three soccer players can use the machine at one time. Cost is $70 for one hour, which includes instruction, or $45 for 30 minutes or $15 for 15 minutes.

“Most of the people coming to use us are individuals to get better on a 1-on-1 basis, but coaches also talked about booking us for their teams to put together packages to combine athlete development,” McGrath said.

McGrath is a Noblesville resident but opened his business in Westfield in part because of the proximity to Grand Park.

“We are five minutes away from there,” McGrath said. “We thought it was more efficient to get all of that stuff in one place.”

In addition to the TOCA studio, Sogility has various offerings on player development, a goalkeeping academy, a strength development studio and more. For pricing or to learn more, visit sogility.net.
