Wendy Louise Hudson, 44, of Fishers, died Oct. 19 at her home. She was born Nov. 12, 1973 in Kankakee, Ill.
Wendy grew up in Beecher, Ill., and moved to Westfield where she attended Westfield Middle School and Westfield High School. Later, she resided in Fishers and graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s of science degree from Purdue University. Wendy loved her friends and kept them close to her heart. Many of them were lifelong friends. She enjoyed spending free time with her friends from all aspects of her life, work, fun, school and neighbors and celebrating life’s milestones with each of them. She was an avid Notre Dame football and Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed the Cubs, college basketball and the Indianapolis 500.
Wendy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Hudson (Hill); brother, Christopher Hudson; and niece, Emma Burnell.
She is survived by her father, David A Hudson; sister, Stephanie Burnell (Hudson); two nephews and one niece, Reed, Sam and Libby Burnell; loving uncles, aunts and cousins; and phenomenal friends Wendy considered her family.
