Parks department offers ‘chill out’ event for Tax Day

The Noblesville Parks and Recreation Dept. and Kona Ice are partnering together to offer the public a way to “chill out and relax” on Tax Day, April 17.

For the fifth consecutive year, Kona Ice will celebrate National “Chill Out Day” by serving free shaved ice to the public from its truck from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Federal Hill Commons, 175 Logan St.

Big D’s Dawgs and Lemonade also will be at the park offering a Tax Day lunch special of $2 hot dogs and a free soda or bag of chips with the purchase of two hot dogs.
