Is John Acceturro, Carmel’s newest scold, a bona fide columnist for your publication ? I must have missed the announcement. If he is if fact, just a resident with a political opinion I suggest that his comments be in the Readers Views section and not given columnist status.
Rick Sharp in his latest ‘commentary’ is clearly replying to a column by a regular (paid?) columnist and again would be better in the Readers Views section .
Both men appear to have high political ambitions, but if you are endorsing them by giving them a forum, you should state that to your readers.
