Due to the success of last November’s Hamilton County Job Fair, Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear will be hosting a second job fair this fall on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Hamilton County 4-H Exhibition Center (2003 E. Pleasant Street in Noblesville). “Helping to match up employers who had available jobs with people who were looking for employment was the goal of last year’s Job Fair. The positive feedback we received from employers and attendees alike as well as several requests for us to have another event led to the decision this spring to offer another Job Fair,” said Mayor Ditslear. Over 1300 people attended last year’s Job Fair from twenty-one different Indiana counties.
Many of the outstanding community partners who assisted with last November’s Job Fair have already committed to assisting with the second one in October. Special thanks go to the Hamilton County Commissioners as well as WorkOne – Fishers and Indiana Workforce Region 5, the Hamilton County Alliance, and the Hamilton County Chambers of Commerce.
